RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS
Reservations can be secured with a 50% deposit, remainder due 14 days prior to arrival. A $200 refundable security/damage deposit will be required at check-in (refundable after departure inspection).
We will gladly try to accommodate last minute reservations. Please check with us for availability.

CANCELLATIONS
Because of our size, last minute cancellations impact us significantly and give us little chance of rebooking. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are refundable for cancellations made 30 or more days before scheduled arrival. Within 30 days of your arrival, a refund will be made only if we are able to re-book the accomodations. A refund will be mailed after full payment for the new reservation has been received. If, after diligent effort, we are unable to re-rent the home, we regret that the full deposit will be forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

TRANSFERS
We will always try to accommodate your request to transfer your reservation to a different time period. Transfer requests made within 30 days of your arrival will be subject to our cancellation policy.

CHECK-IN
Guests are welcome to check in after 3:00 PM. (Earlier check-in will be accommodated when possible.)

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is 11:00 AM.
