1. Instructions for the "Introduction to Deep Hypnosis" CD or the "Introduction to Deep Calmness" MP3 recording

This recording is generally best experienced several times before moving on to your Session or Custom recording. With each listen you will tend to grow more comfortable with the process - relaxing easier, deeper and quicker. How quickly you progress depends on aspects of your personality such as how easily and deeply you trust, and how easily you "let go" and enjoy new experiences. This is a tool to help you explore a new state of relaxation and consciousness - you do not need to rush the exploration to enjoy and benefit from it. It's time to move on to another recording when you begin to feel that the induction is "taking too long" or you wish it would "hurry up." You may come back to this recording anytime you want a "refresher" or you wish to experience the deep relaxation of the prolonged induction.

Under no circumstances is anyone to listen to this recording while driving. The deeply relaxed state induced by this recording impairs your ability to do many things. When judging whether it is safe to listen while doing something else, consider whether closing your eyes and ears for several minutes would be dangerous. While traveling as a passenger it is fine to listen, as long as the driver cannot hear.

Listening to this recording once or more each day is optimal, feel free to listen several times each day if you wish. Listen with headphones for optimal results, headphones that enclose the full ear are best. You may find more time to devote to using this recording if you look for ways to blend it with your current schedule. If you aren't able to allocate as much dedicated time as you'd like, look for blocks of time in your schedule where you are doing things that require your presence, but not your attention. Opportunities frequently exist when commuting on public transportation and when traveling. Listening just before sleep can help you enter a deep sleep and increase the amount of rest and rejuvenation that you get from your sleep.

2. Instructions for all "Session" recordings

If you're experiencing the Past Life Regression session, we suggest you leave a tape recorder running to capture what you say. This removes the burden of trying to remember what you experience, it can free you to let go more and deepen the experience.

If after listening several times you find that you are unable to go as deep as you want, there are some options:

1) Consider getting the "Introduction to Deep Calmness" recording. This recording takes a more prolonged induction to guide you into a deeply relaxed state. It can help you learn to enter the state of optimal suggestibility. 2) Consider a personal visit or a Skype and telephone session. Recordings are limited in that they cannot adjust to the pace of the listener. Each personal visit is unique, Inessa continually adjusts all aspects of the session depending on how you are responding. Personal sessions are by far the most effective.

3. Instructions for all "Subliminal" and "Audible" recordings

Subliminal and Audible recordings may be safely listened to while doing your normal activities, including driving and anything else that requires your complete attention. They work by repetition, hence repeated listening yields the greatest benefits.

These recordings generally require more listenings than Session recordings before you consciously notice the desired effects. Consistent, patient commitment to frequent listening will generally be rewarded within a short period of time. You may notice a perceivable change after a single listen, or it may take repeated listening over a period of several weeks. The rate of change depends on how willing your subconscious is to accept suggestions. Combine with the associated Session recording for optimal results.

Results can be improved by preparing your subconscious to embrace the acceptance of the positive suggestions. Each time, before listening, invest a few moments in consciously thinking about what you will gain by opening yourself up to accept the suggestions. If you create strong desire for change, change will come more readily.

We suggest you consider playing these recordings (perhaps even on "loop" play) while you sleep. Your subconscious can be affected while you sleep, some people are even more receptive when sleeping than when awake.
