Certification sessions are held in our serene retreat in the north Georgia mountains: we're centrally located - 2 hours north of Atlanta GA, 2 hours east of Chattanooga TN, 2 hours southwest of Asheville NC. We're in the mountains in the middle of the forest where the southern end of the Appalachian trail begins.

Reiki Degrees

Reiki I - With the first attunement, the practitioner is healing his/her physical level diseases. A Reiki I practitioner can also perform direct healing - healing for someone else who is physically present. Reiki information and its uses will be discussed. The student is taught the complete hand positions for self-healing and for healing others.

Reiki II - A Reiki II attunement significantly increases the amount of healing energy. The energy works deeply on the mental, emotional and karmic causes of dis-ease. After this attunement, the student's intuitive abilities tend to become sharper and more focused. As a result, one's alignment to his/her Higher Self significantly increases. Three of the sacred Reiki symbols are introduced and consciously used for the first time. The practitioner learns to direct one's energies and to perform absentee healing.

Reiki III and Reiki Master- This level the practitioner's capacity for Reiki energy increases considerably. The third attunement involves achieving spiritual healing in the person receiving it. This energy can be described as the extremely joyous experience, the connection with all life and the oneness of the Universe. Here the student receives final instructions and is guided to share this wonderful, bountiful and extremely rewarding gift with others. Reiki III includes two more symbols and the method of passing attunements is learned.

Reiki is a natural part of every one of us. It was once an integral part of early civilizations. As a result of earth changes and the distractions of these civilizations, this healing system remained the knowledge of only a select few. At the end of the nineteenth century a Japanese man sought the origins of Jesus’ and the Buddha’s method of healing. After a long search, he found them in the ancient remnants of Shiva’s early culture, in the esoteric teachings of India.

Reikinosis™ - Reiki Plus Hypnosis

Reikinosis™ is an integration of Reiki and hypnosis that creates a powerful and extremely quick and effective method of healing.

Reiki is a natural adjunct to traditional hypnotherapy for pain management, stress reduction, strengthening organs and the stimulation of the body's immune system. Reiki in Japanese means "universal life force energy", it is a powerful - yet gentle - method of healing through opening, clearing and re-balancing one's energy system.

Reiki is a natural holistic energy therapy that is 2500 years old. In the US many hypnotherapists, chiropractors, nurses, massage therapists and other health care providers are discovering the value of adding this effective modality to their practice - it promotes rapid personal growth.

Medical therapies such as radiation and chemotherapy can benefit from Reiki by reducing the negative side effects and promoting the effectiveness of treatments. The healing of emotional traumas can be accelerated with Reiki, and it can be especially powerful in overcoming the trauma of incest and sexual abuse. Reiki provides relief from many ailments that benefit from improved internal energy flow, such as arthritis and other conditions of stiffness, maladjustment or pain. Reiki can be safely used at any time and in any place.

I have been doing Reiki for about 3 years now, and this was one of the most interesting and joyful treatments I ever received. The usual relaxation and safety to let go and enjoy feeling good--took place. Next and this is the new stuff, Inessa used her keyword to take me deeper through hypnosis. Instantly I went down. I went effortlessly through a large and beautiful BLUE tunnel to a destination far below. After a fast descent I stopped and again went back to the awareness of the Reiki practitioners. This time included in the experience was a even clearer--more aware ability to recognize the guides assisting the healing and to feel everyone's openness and sharing of this loving energy. It makes my heart sing. Now, after the session, I feel like I had an operation. The kind that makes you feel instantly better. The kind you thank spirit for--love of a cosmic nature comes to mind. I am very impressed with Inessa's powerful presence, mastery, and compassion to facilitate healing. As a result I experienced a clear picture as to what it was exactly that was keeping me bound and unable to take control of my life. The next segment of this experience brought me directly in touch with my spirit guides. My friend, Candy, was diagnosed with breast cancer in January of 1997 and had a mastectomy at that time. The mastectomy was followed up by chemotherapy and radiation treatments. From that point, she was put on tamoxifen. However, a few months after completing the chemo, the cancer had metastasized into her bones. She has progressively gotten worse and by January of 1998 she was unable to walk without a walker and she is in an extreme amount of pain. I asked Inessa King Zaleski to come to Candy's house and do a healing session of Reikinosis. Inessa is the type of person who is always there when someone needs her and she set aside time from her busy schedule to go to Candy's house and try to help. I sat in the room with them while the session was in progress and watches Inessa perform Reikinosis and for the first time, I saw my friend in a peaceful relaxed state. Inessa worked on Candy for what seemed to me to be an hour. A few weeks have passed since that time and on Wednesday, March 31, 1998, my Candy was rushed to the hospital because the pain was so unbearable she had been stuck in one position for approximately twelve hours. She has bone cancer in various parts of her body and her doctor believed that it was spreading into the spine area and that was what was causing all of the pain. While in the hospital, many tests were performed on her including a MRI, which showed that she had two fractures in her vertebrae which was causing her all of this pain. The remarkable part of this whole thing is the fact that she had two complete breaks in her ribs from a while ago which have completely healed themselves with no treatment. The doctors are amazed that her bones were able to heal themselves considering her present condition. In January 1997, I went to my gynecologist for my routine checkup. Several days later, I received a call from my doctor informing me that cervical cancer cells had show up in my pap smear and he told me that he would like to do another pap in about three months. In April, I had another pap done and several days later, again, the doctor called me but this time told me that endometrial cancer cells had shown up on this smear and he wanted to do a Biopsy. I waited another few months and had a biopsy which showed "squamous cells of undetermined origin." I was advised to go back and have another pap done at which time cervical cells showed again. This time the doctor wanted to perform a biopsy of my cervix and he stated that the first biopsy only tested the endometrium. By this time, it was September and I did not want to have any more tests done on me but knew that in January I would be due for my routine checkup again. So I waited. In January, I returned to the doctor's office and had another pap done and this time "squamous cells of undetermined origin" showed once more. I had another biopsy done but of the cervix this time. The biopsy showed that there were five areas which had "spots" on the cervix. The doctor scheduled an appointment to have a conization performed. This is an operation in which they go deep into the cervix and remove a large part of it. I was told that I could not go to work for two weeks and would have to be careful because of hemorrhaging. The operation was scheduled to be performed on a Thursday morning. At that point, I called Inessa King Zaleski. I knew she was a Reiki Master and MCH. I had taken several hypnosis sessions with Inessa for various reasons in which she has helped me tremendously. About three years, I was having severe emotional problems due to a failing marriage, stressful job and extremely low self-esteem. My life turned around because of her help through hypnosis and I became a happy person rather than the one who cried all the time. I know I could trust her with my life, and I did. I canceled my operation and scheduled an appointment with Inessa for a hypnotic - Reiki healing session (Reikinosis). I don't remember much of the session since I have a tendency to go very deep. But I do remember seeing the hands of Jesus resting over my pelvic area and beams of light which felt warm on my body. When Inessa awakened me from my hypnotic state, I knew instantly that whatever the doctor found in my body was no longer there. She made me promise to go to the doctor and I agreed although I knew it was senseless. I told her before I left her house that I knew I was healed but she still made me promise to see the doctor. I promised. I made an appointment with a cancer specialist who is approximately one hour from me. He examined me thoroughly and looked at me very strangely asking why I was there because he couldn't find a thing. I asked him about the conization and couldn't understand why I was told I needed one. There is no sign of cancer in my body.
