Perhaps you know that forgiveness is a strong healing agent for everyone involved, especially the person doing the forgiving?
Often, for many years people hold onto unhappiness that they have, grudges they’ve acquired, and resentments they’ve stored.
Sometimes people don’t realize they’ve held onto these negativities, and at other times maybe it gives them a sense of pride out of situations that are otherwise chalked up as defeats.

The truth is, even if these people don’t realize it at first, often these grudges are against themselves.
What does that mean?
Often, the forgiveness needs to be (or atleast start) with the self. It goes much further than the freedom that comes with releasing grudges against others. This goes deeper – to the secret disappointments in self from long ago. If a person forgives themselves the results can be truly profound.

The easiest way to begin self-forgiveness is to realize (and internalize) that you deserve it. It’s okay to have let the wrong people in, or to have managed a situation incorrectly. Everyone makes these errors at some point, and it always has something to do with important lessons. They might have taken a while to unfold, but now you’ve allowed them to and your life has changed…
The wrong people are out of your path, and situations have improved. You stuck it out and you’re here now — that in itself means you deserve to forgive.
The negative people and situations aren’t in your life anymore so allow their influences on your reality to wane as well!

Take a few quiet moments to reflect, and allow yourself to come to terms with things. After your self-forgiveness starts, you can also begin the process of further developing your self-love.
We are meant to be immersed in love, and sometimes the everyday world causes us to get bitter or forget. Come back to the divine a little more today, and practice self-forgiveness.

The Benefits of Entertaining Your Creative Skills

Without meaning to, we often fall victim to our routines, and justify mind-numbing after-hours activities that only waste time. Days, weeks, and even months can go by; perhaps you find yourself effectively living paycheck-to-paycheck, performing only for employers or a business, paying debts or bills, and killing the rest of the time.

Studies have proven many times over that it helps to stimulate the brain. It helps to use the mind in new ways, even if it’s not in a scientific slant. The brain is made up of many neurons and multiple different parts; it’s constantly creating new neural pathways and it’s capable of solving a variety of minute mysteries! Even simple arts and crafts or small-scale creations assist in keeping countless sections of your brain active.

Of course, different people prefer (or find themselves truly enjoying) different crafts. The important part is to incorporate projects into your daily life. They don’t even need to cost much — sometimes the most gratifying crafts or projects involve items that are already laying around! Maybe the only expenditure needs to be some paint or a few cheap tools.

This is just a friendly reminder to keep things interesting, create something weekly, and further develop your creative skills. By actively using your hands and brain to stretch even the simplest of your limits and solve dilemmas, you continue to train yourself to problem-solve in other areas of your life! Furthermore, just relaxing for a few hours and making magic that is useful or esthetically pleasing is a proven stress-relief!

Sometimes it takes trial and error to discover the perfect hobbies for you. However, even those experiments will have positive and long-term benefits for your mental health. 🙂

Unlocking The Heart’s Information Superhighway

Often people find it difficult to revert to positivity or train themselves to re-frame everything in that light. Perhaps they feel that it’s so much easier said than done, and is it helpful anyway?

But what if I told you that the heart (the ultimate source of positivity, purity, & love) actually emits electromagnetic frequencies that reach far out from the body?
This interesting tidbit was discovered after years of scientific research, and it’s only been reinforced with additional studies.

At some point, I’m guessing you’ve noticed those moments when it seems as though your heart is functioning independently. In other words, the heart is three-fold: basic biology & personal life-source, interconnected with that gut instinct that seeks to guide in every situation, and natural frequency transmitter. “The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body. The electrical field as measured in an electrocardiogram (ECG) is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the brain waves recorded in an electroencephalogram (EEG). The magnetic component of the heart’s field, which is around 100 times stronger than that produced by the brain, is not impeded by tissues and can be measured several feet away from the body with Superconducting Quantum Interference Device-based magnetometers. We have also found that the clear rhythmic patterns in beat-to-beat heart rate variability are distinctly altered when different emotions are experienced. These changes in electromagnetic, sound pressure, and blood pressure waves produced by cardiac rhythmic activity are ‘felt’ by every cell in the body, further supporting the heart’s role as a global internal synchronizing signal.”

So there you have it. It’s scientifically proven that the heart and its energy-fields affect internal and external realities. By more quickly letting go of the negativities that arise while making conscious efforts to be positive, actual biological changes occur.

Answered Prayers and Your Ideal Future, Made Easy!

Today I’d like to discuss an element that affects everyone’s life, regardless of religion or religious belief. Everyone at one point or another has surely noticed that prayer, in some form, works. Good thoughts, positive synced vibrations, and wishes for wellbeing generally win out.
But why?
Of course, there are a lot of right answers. Some might say that the divine is listening and grants wishes. Others might suggest that it’s internal and credit their higher self. In my experience, both are correct.

There are always trials and tribulations, but how these are handled is important. Taking all of the lessons in stride, and having compassion for yourself is the best avenue. In some ways this means giving up the need to control everything.
Instead of viewing yourself as physical seeking a spiritual experience, see yourself as a spiritual being having a physical experience! You are inherently connected with the divine! Look deep within and accept this fact, without perceiving it as an accident or matter of circumstance.

The power is in your hands

By aligning yourself with positivity as best you can, eliminating negative self-talk, and thanking yourself for being amazing, you open yourself up to the beauty in our world.
It’s easy to look back and be upset with the way you handled a situation… The challenge comes in accepting that there was a lesson to be learned! Obviously you made that choice to the best of your ability, even if it was faulty! We are free to choose our path, but not free from the consequences of our actions… As with everything, there are pluses and minuses to this facet of life.

Today, do yourself a favor and stop beating yourself up! Accept that these situations were in the past and open your mind to the lessons and gifts that chosen path brought you!
It takes some self-reflection and a lot of courage, but ultimately I think you’ll realize this is the most lucrative approach.

Without respecting the past AND the present, it’s impossible to progress towards developing your ideal future! In order for you to plan your ideal future, you must come to terms with the reasons why you’re at this juncture! It’s common knowledge that if you don’t stand for something you’ll fall for anything, and that’s why it’s important to stand for yourself. In the process of developing self-compassion, it becomes easier to have compassion for others. And when you exhibit compassion and gratitude in daily life, happy circumstances and answered prayers abound!

Be Humble & Noble

It truly is possible to paint the future to your specifications. Allocate yourself a few minutes daily for self-reflection and to better articulate what you seek. I think you’ll find that (slowly but surely) your loose ends will disappear and a wealth of opportunities will arise. Perhaps these opportunities already existed; you just needed to open your eyes and heart wide enough to see them clearly…

Understand that even the professionals you hold in the utmost regard sometimes feel inadequate for their duties! Everyone goes through bouts of doubt about whether they can step up to the plate and deliver properly.

In these situations, hand yourself over to trust. Just let go of the reigns and let your intuition guide your actions. In terms of your inner gut feeling, that first voice is always right. The second and third voices are by-products of your conscious and logical mind.

It’s no secret that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And anyone can come off as attractive, regardless of their physical attributes.
Surprised?
Think about ten or twenty people that you find beautiful. I’m sure you’ll find that in more cases than not most of their physical features are average at best.

But maybe you’re not feeling it yet.
Plus, you’ve probably noticed that attractive people have so many advantages…

1) Smile very often.
Beautiful people love life and enjoy every single day. Know that when you are beaming with happiness, others sense it and feel uplifted as well. A bonus is that everyone looks attractive when genuinely smiling.
2) Take care of yourself.
Beautiful people keep up with themselves and keep up with their hygiene. Neglecting yourself is a sign of low self-esteem. It’s usually not much extra effort, and when you get into a daily routine it only gets easier. Taking care of yourself shows the world (and you) that you’ll be around as long as possible, and you hold yourself in high regard. No one’s perfect, own your beauty (or handsomeness)!!!
3) Take care of others.
Often, the most attractive people are very kind and share their wealth (whatever form it might be in). It’s almost a catch-22, because generous people’s good nature shines through to make them attractive, and being attractive is often a mirror of the beauty inside.
4) Be careful about what you say.
Beautiful people are often intelligent, and realize that mystery and beauty go together. Listen to what other people say respectfully, and avoid speaking more than necessary. Attractiveness and ugliness can sometimes be defined by the way people act and with the things they say, more than anything else!

Know that you are the maker of your own brand of attractiveness. There’s no reason to strive to copy someone else’s brand – you were already gifted all the aspects you need!

Every morning when you wake up and first look in the mirror, thank yourself for being so attractive! Thank yourself for all the opportunities in life, and for the fact that we really can create our reality!

Learn the Secrets to Letting Empathy Work for You!

Some studies have linked certain book-reading genres to levels of empathy, but I think that exposing yourself to any sort of story (regardless of medium) is enough to develop it. Being empathic is the key to humanity getting along; it’s the secret behind why some people develop compassion more easily than others.

The word “empathy” means being able to understand someone else’s emotions and share them. Empathy is the name of the feeling if you’ve ever felt extreme emotions when seeing someone else happy or sad. Empathy also explains feeling inexplicably moved by a situation or by something you saw.

An empathic person looks at the world differently, seeing it from a more sensitive standpoint. Some might view this as a weakness, but in reality it’s quite the contrary! Ultimately, everyone’s reality (both the big picture and the small picture for each individual) works off fluctuations in energy. Using your intuition to intelligently gauge situations, and also expanding your general development of sensitivity can help improve all circumstances in daily life.

Remember, you can be an individual and still be an empath! There is a huge difference between trying to mimic the status quo (or someone in particular), and walking a little distance in others’ shoes to gain perspective.

Of course, there are a lot of consequences to having an innate sense of empathy, which exists in about 20% of the population according to some studies. Whether it’s innate or developed, feeling empathy may have made challenging situations more difficult in the past, or perhaps it’s caused you to become a vessel for others’ negativity.
Has it ever happened to you that after an in-person or phone conversation with someone, or even a walk in the mall, you felt a headache or maybe felt so drained that you just needed to sleep? You simply never knew how to protect yourself. The good news is that you are not alone – many people experience these situations.
It’s not your fault! You just never knew how to release the emotions that others dumped on you. Protect your energy to make sure that it will never happen again.

It’s important to acknowledge that this happens so that you can start cleaning up your life by cleaning up your energy levels. When you feel negativity, put up a positive energy shield around yourself and then proceed to just radiate this positivity to others. You might not get official ‘credit’ for the classes you take, but the knowledge will get you much further than more certificates.

2) Bring diversity to your own portfolio!

Don’t wait for someone else to discover you. Instead, go outside and put yourself in situations where you might be discovered! Branch out and get creative, because life is always handing us golden opportunities.

3) When you take on a project, always follow through!
It’s important to build a reputation that you’re reliable. This means showing up and being on time. It also means finishing projects that you commit to, and completing them efficiently.

4) Be yourself more.
Don’t be average, in a sea of averages! Show that you go above and beyond, and that your solutions are well-thought-out. Become useful in more ways, and maybe even take on assignments that are better suited to your other talents.

5) Become more active about “doing”.

Confidence is one of those things that people often think they grasp, but sometimes it’s just a façade. It all comes down to mindset, and the way you tackle your everyday situations.

4. Tone of voice.
As a confident person, your assertive tone of voice gives you away. You find people listening to your ideas more, since you speak with certainty and what you say is well-thought-out.

5. On being wrong.
As a confident person, you know your worth. You also know that sometimes you’ll be wrong, and that’s more than OK. You recognize life is a learning process: sometimes you teach others, and sometimes others teach you. You’re graceful about it, and you know it’s not a personal slight.

6. Taking risks and winning.
As a confident person, you know that you need to give yourself built-in incentives to succeed. When opportunities present themselves, you jump in and trust yourself even when you don’t yet know it all. And most of the time, it works out excellently. First Ever ~ Three New Hurricanes Appearing At The Same Time!

This past weekend, three new Category 4 hurricanes (Kilo, Ignacio, and Jimena) appeared in the Pacific Ocean at the same time!
Scientists are thinking it’s due to a stronger than usual El Niño, and that it indicates the beginning of a trend.
News.com.au reported: “The Australian Bureau of Meteorology says the eastern half of the northern Pacific was now more than one degree warmer than the averages – with patches more than 2 degrees higher.”

Some are saying this is a record and the world hasn’t ever seen so many hurricanes form at once. Of course we haven’t had the means or technology to record it for too long.

Either way, it’s a spectacular event:

There are unseen side-effects to the hurricanes blasting through this week. Similar to the strength of vibrations (even if we don’t feel them intensely), different reverberations, pulses and waves come in contact with us daily.

It makes me think of the concept that a butterfly rustling its wings on one side of the planet causes effects faraway. In terms of energy, this is valid and it’s one of the reasons to always send out positivity. It’s a winning strategy, because you sync up with the ‘good’ vibrations in the world (no matter where they are) and they contribute to you experiencing more greatness in unexpected places..!

When extreme weather conditions come about and strange patters occur, they make me wonder. Only 3-5% of the ocean has been explored, so a lot of our planet is still a mystery to us. Hurricanes start way out in the ocean, and can be a result of so many different energy patterns!
One of the reasons this event was so interesting is that in addition to the 3 hurricanes that formed a few days ago, there was already an active one (Erika) hundreds of miles away and another one (Fred) forming thousands of miles away in another direction!

Just wanted to explore the parallels of energy and cause you to perhaps pay a little more attention to your surroundings, consciously contributing to the positivity of your day-to-day. The energy that you put out is definitely causing effects… Perhaps you don’t see them right away so it seems far out, but acknowledge that this happens!
Good vibes syncing up are so much stronger than bad ones! The tiny miracles and accidental happy coincidences are our gifts for adhering to this simple idea.

As the weather goes topsy-turvy and then somewhat-neutral once again, I envision health, happiness, abundance, safety, and laughter for all!
