Exercise Recovery, The Soccer Superstar Way

We all know that physical activity is important for anyone seeking to maintain health and meet their weight goals. Over the last few decades, scientific research, brainstorming, and trial-and-error have created some of the most efficient methods out there.

A shining example of the best methods being put to excellent use is Dawn Scott, the fitness and performance coach for the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team. In a recent interview, she shared some of the secrets that have propelled countless athletes!

And what are Ms. Scott’s suggestions for women, specifically?
“Knees are a big concern, especially A.C.L. tears. Coaches and trainers of girls’ teams should make sure that the players warm up well and that they strengthen their legs, focusing on the muscles around the knees. Quad strength is important for women.”
Most would agree, though, that after allocating for differences in muscle, men and women use almost identical approaches to gain strength and endurance.

U.S. v Japan 2015

To gauge how you’re doing, listen to your body and see how you feel after workouts. Some people have access to state-of-the-art technology, but everyone else can still monitor progress with simple tools!
The most effective measure of reaching your goals is with photographs: one from before, one during, and one after. Encouragement is important, and you should get it from as many sources as possible! You need to be able to SEE the progress.

A main point for Ms. Scott is the recovery at the end of every workout… “If you don’t recover,” she said, “you start the next session tired and that sets you up for poor performance or injury.”
There are so many ways that you can recover and further prepare yourself for the next burst of activity.

Scott said she is “…of the mindset that athletes should try different methods and find what works for them. Even if a method only makes you feel better mentally, then it is worth using, since we often forget about relaxation of the recovery process.”

So, how exactly do you recover like one of the stars on Dawn Scott’s soccer team?

1. Cool down.
At the end, slowly and gently move around for 5 – 10 minutes to healthily bring your heart-rate to resting levels and prevent blood from pooling. It also helps to do light stretching.

2. Get a foam roller.
“Use the rollers as soon as you can after training and games,” said Ms. Scott. “But don’t push too hard on sore muscles or you can increase achiness. Let your muscles tell you what they can stand.”

3. Cool down even more!!!
If possible soon after the workout, Ms. Scott advises for you to “Fill your bathtub with cold water and add a couple of bags of ice. Sit in the tub for 10 minutes straight, and then shower normally.”

4. Squeeze.
Pull on compression shorts or socks for a few hours, and sleep in them for maximum benefit.

5. Sleep in Better Conditions.
Recent scientific data has shown that having electronics and other lights on while asleep takes away from sleep quality. Maximize your rest and turn them off! Also, get the right number of hours, and reduce ambient noise.

Following a consistent exercise schedule can be hard, but by learning how to better care for your body, you’ve already done the first few steps!!!
And now you know how to take full advantage of all your workouts. 🙂
Make sure you give yourself credit. You’re doing the best you can, and improving every day!

6 Tips for Lengthening Your Day & Better Managing Your Time!!!

Either you run the day, or the day runs you!

I’ve been ambitious lately, taking on new ventures and projects. These past few weeks, especially, I’ve noticed that sometimes it’s tough fitting all of our duties and projects into the day.
Why is a day 24 hours with 6 – 8 hours already allocated for sleep and another 3 – 4 hours already allocated for meals?? That leaves only 12 – 15 hours for all of our chores!!!
Some days, do you find that it seems impossible?

time wings

What if I told you that time is relative, and this fact is directly related to your life?
I, among countless others, am living proof that depending on how you look at things and organize your day, you can effectively squeeze more time in!

This mindset is best summarized as fitting 30+ hours into the 24-hour day. Now, of course I’m not speaking literally…
Most successful people attribute a lot of their success to time management – I daresay it might be the most important skill of all!

Here are some quick tips to help you fit as many hours as possible into each of your days:

1) Wake up early. It’s easy to procrastinate (as well as sleep late) but leaving yourself many hours from the start is helpful both physically and psychologically.

2) Make a list — either the night before, or as one of your first tasks of the day! There’s something about the feeling of accomplishment as you cross things off and are able to re-write it as a much shorter version – somehow it encourages you to finish more!

3) Aim to arrive (or start a project) early! If you always try to be early, chances are you’ll at least be on time… Plus, you are better able to keep yourself calm and on-task, since you’re not stressed about tiny delays.

time

4) Focus – multi-task as RARELY as possible!!! It helps to group similar tasks together for efficiency, but science recently proved that you’re much more productive when you’re not always trying to multi-task. This is also proof that you work better when you block out distractions. Get creative and don’t be afraid to let people know!

5) Give yourself time limits on tasks, and break up the day with assigned time-slots. For example, decide that you’ll finish Task A in an hour (or) by 9AM. This technique helps keep your day exciting, and moving along!

6) Step AWAY from trying to be perfect… It’s usually true that just finishing a task is better than taking longer and having fewer flaws. Aim to do things extremely well, while still being effective and fast. 🙂

Do yourself a favor, and recognize that you can progress at a comfy speed and still move mountains!! Gift yourself a block of time — even 5 minutes helps — between tasks so you can stay relaxed and smiling!
It may not seem like much, but it truly pays off to shave off blocks of time that would have been wasted otherwise! Lastly, find ways weekly to reward yourself for your productivity… You deserve it!

Welcome to the 30+ Hours a Day Club!!!

Synchronicity’s Electricity

This week’s entry is contributed by Reverend Michelle, a talented De-stresser Extraordinaire and gifted healing facilitator! Rev. Michelle is a Life Coach & Wellness Scientist, and has been a Hypnotherapist since 1999.

jung_ synchrnoicity

The effects and ramifications that come along with this type of thing have been around a long time, and even (I would guess) way before Wallace Wattles’ The Science of Getting Rich.
It’s a true pleasure reaching these lovely synchronicities, or whatever you call them in your life – be it divine miracles, happy coincidences, or spontaneously wonderful accidents.

People have different definitions of what this means. To some it’s the divine itself; and to others it’s just the series of ‘unexplainable’ coincidences occurring, or where certain patterns keep repeating…
I’d venture to say you might have first noticed it when you became friendlier with (and more trusting of) your intuition. Contrary to some old notions, both men and women are naturally able to develop it!!!
There’s something about turning one’s choices over to intuition that seems to avail oneself to synchronicity,” says Allan Combs, Ph.D., a psychology professor at the UNC of Asheville & co-author of Synchronicity: Science, Myth and the Trickster. “In practice, that can mean moving from moment to moment when making decisions, even small decisions – especially small decisions! If you expect the unexpected, synchronicity will emerge.”

If you’re open, receptive, and non-judgmental your intuition’s voice will become stronger! Of course, being doubtful and cynical weakens the volume, but it takes practice to decipher and flourish your intuition.

Trusting in this process more and more (with even the most minute of decisions) will cause you to notice more synchronicity as well… but, whether this is due to extra occurrences or just due to you being more observant is left to mystery.
Either way, I’m sure you’ve wondered at one point or another: ‘What does this mean? Surely there is some overarching purpose and reasoning behind these experiences…?’

You’re right!
It means that you are on a great path and that your mission is synced up with the general idea of ‘for the good of all’.

synchronocity

Those are the basic principles of abundance too… To know that you have already attained what you seek (expecting that it is already so, instead of only hoping), and to wish the same greatness and abundance for all. The beauty of it lies in seeing all of this play out by way of tiny miracles!!!! I feel that these miracles are the universe’s way of giving us “good job” stickers.

How much of a boundary is there between your inner and outer environments? All profound change requires looking inward (introspection) and better fusing your different components. Also, hearing echoes (of sorts) in your life – when the same motifs or sequences of words or numbers play out in seemingly unrelated areas – is confirmation that you’re bridging gaps! Synchronicity is the music of our inner and outer worlds harmonizing!

Please feel free to respond directly to me or comment below with your stories of Synchronicity!

Have a wonderful week. 🙂

Once in a Blue Moon: Rare Transformational Trio

This week’s entry is contributed by Reverend Michelle, a talented De-stresser Extraordinaire and gifted healing facilitator. Rev. Michelle is a Life Coach & Wellness Scientist, and has been a Hypnotherapist since 1999!

Noteworthy celestial events that occurred in the past week are a few planets going into retrograde, and a “blue moon” on Friday!

These events are usually more tied together with our own personal battles than we’d like to admit… The reason why they’re so valid is that we were originally stardust! And we’re also ultimately affected by large-scale magnetic and gravitational tugs. Plus, sometimes it’s fun to have a little help when piecing together all of life’s mysteries.

The significance of this past week’s Blue Moon is not its rarity — the term means two full moons happening in the same month, and the next one is in 2018. Its meaning is actually the magical way it helps us keep our feet on the ground and our heads in the clouds at the same time! Maybe its undertones say something different to you… Maybe you’re realizing the culmination of your work or the details to making your life more satisfying.

"Blue Hour" since blue moon isn't actually blue; Credit: Shreenivasan Manievannan, South Carolina
“Blue Hour”
since the blue moon isn’t actually blue.

Venus and Uranus both went into retrograde last week.

But what is retrograde?
When Earth passes by another planet it gives us the illusion that the planet slows down, stops, and then starts moving in reverse. In truth, it only appears as if this happens – planets don’t generally orbit backwards. However, here on Earth it’s the friction (caused by one planet passing another) that we feel the effects of. Sometimes this friction causes abrupt jolts on an energetic level that force us to face the things that require change — even if we aren’t ready to admit change is needed!

You might notice that questions you had from long ago are sorting themselves out and effectively smoothing over areas of your life. Or maybe the mysteries are unraveling more slowly, and you feel a strong urge to solve them once and for all!

In order to have beneficial change, sometimes we need to exit the comfort zone… You may be feeling strange things right now and that’s OK! Occasionally it helps to make decisions that FEEL right to you… instead of decisions that only make sense rationally.
This is a great time to welcome the idea of a huge transformation. Never fear the alternatives! Sometimes life hands us interesting (and seemingly random) opportunities, and often they really are worth considering!

This is also a time of contemplation and reflection in the areas of passion and love. People may be unexpectedly coming into or going out of your life right now. In relationships, try not to be hasty, because sometimes it’s easy to misread signals or gain an unbalanced and distorted perception of a situation.

A time of reflection could also mean coming to terms with things, or even braving the lessons that have revealed themselves.

Forgive, Accept, Let Go, and Love Yourself a bit more, you really do deserve it!!!
It’s only once in a blue moon that you get this rich of an opportunity!
😉

Thank you for reading and I hope you’re having a great week.

The Simplicity of “Mindfulness”

Mindfulness has one meaning: being present in the moment and in the Now. The oldest method available today is Vipassana, but any meditation technique achieves similar results, as long as you are clearing your mind and learning to be more present in the now.

These days we’re busier than ever, with smaller and smaller windows of time for leisure…. It seems as if it gets more difficult to find time to relax.

mindfulness_poster_UK

I’ve discovered that two 20-minute bouts of meditation a day bring me a wonderful sense of ease and help me focus better in all aspects. Within the past several months, I’ve made a point daily to take a little time for myself. I try to set my alarm twenty minutes early, sit comfortably in a quiet spot, close my eyes, and focus on deep breathing.

When this is accompanied by some pleasant instrumental music and a little determination, I find my mind and heart rate slowing, my breathing getting deeper, and my sense of well-being going through the roof! By the time I’m done, I’ve achieved a clarity that helps me through the day!

While I still have obligations, they no longer seem overwhelming or numerous. In fact, I’m eager to engage the world, and even the most mundane errand takes on a new tone! While I’m better able to focus on one thing at a time, I also have that feeling that anything is possible!!!

When you take into consideration that a better mindset leads to inner peace AND a greater level of productivity, it’s obviously a win-win.

When counting my breaths, I work on engaging my diaphragm and allowing my stomach to expand. So often we’re told that slim, flat stomachs are attractive and we subconsciously keep our stomach muscles tensed to emulate that look. After a few minutes of deep-bellied breathing, I feel a noticeable calmness in places I didn’t even know had tension!

The best part about this exercise is that it’s very easy!
It’s made up of only two things: quiet surroundings where you won’t be disturbed and deep breathing.
For beginners, repetition of just those two things is enough to enact a change in mindset!
Some choose to punctuate their breaths with a simple mantra: one word or phrase that has a deep meaning. Other than that, nothing is required.
While the mind occasionally wanders, very consciously breathing-in, exhaling, and making sure each breath is slow and deep is enough to keep you on-track.
I notice the subtle effects of this practice throughout the day! My feathers don’t get ruffled as easily anymore. I don’t have the need for a quick sense of relief, so I’m less likely to grab that extra coffee, glass of wine, or piece of cake. I feel calmer and more in-control.
In fact, I’ve often seen people’s diet habits change noticeably, even after practicing this method twice a day for just a week.

Mindfulness

Another way meditation is helpful to many is through its ability to bring about sleep. There are nights when it’s hard to slow the chatter and whirring of thoughts. At bedtime, do you sometimes listen to classical music like Chopin or Bach?
I’ve noticed that meditating before bed (without music) makes me nod off extremely fast! My dreams are typically more pleasant and I wake up feeling so refreshed!

I’ve even noticed that less sleep feels like it’s enough when I meditate before bedtime.

I try to discipline myself and start off on a good note every morning, regardless of the circumstances. I remind myself that I’m more efficient with my time when I meditate so I never have an excuse!

Deep breathing is the path to a positive and productive mindset. With a little time invested twice a day, your demeanor will change drastically! You’ll also discover an ever-present happiness that will motivate you to do better in every way!

Four Easy Ways to Increase Your Vibration!

You create your own reality. Take advantage of your powers!
But… increasing your vibration?? What does that mean?

Maybe you’ve never thought about it before.
The law of attraction says that like attracts like, and this goes so much further than just holding onto a positive attitude!

Similar to radio waves (heard but unseen), your vibrational frequency is composed of your thoughts + emotions + consciousness, and it’s always being broadcasted into the world. This broadcast then attracts similar experiences, people, and opportunities – good or bad. A higher vibration attracts more high-frequency experiences that are spiritually-uplifting or “positive”.
A low vibration attracts the opposite.

nTesla frequency

It’s been proven that everything works on energy and we’re all made up of atoms that move about at different frequencies… The higher your frequency, the more positive and in-touch you are. You will feel better while staying productive and focused, and you’ll effortlessly find (and maintain) your center.

As the creator of your mood, you have the power to hold onto the feelings that serve you. Utilize any of the following to stay uplifted: laughter, being silly or creative, and finding enjoyment in every (and any) fleeting moment! When you feel an intense rush of happiness or buzz of joy, it’s actually you experiencing your vibration!

Various external stress throughout the day is inevitable, and of course it’s how you deal with these events that matters most. Often we’ll carry around negativity without meaning to, and it collects in different parts of the body.
An added benefit to maintaining (and striving for) a higher vibration, is that aches and pains subside more easily and releasing stress from moment-to-moment becomes effortless!

Some simple ways to help increase your vibration:
1. Bathing and Showering.
Something that we do anyway, but pay attention to the water droplets, and allow only positivity to wash over you, releasing any grayness you may have collected…
2. Finding every reason you can to get up and move around!
Ideally it’s in nature, but it still counts if you just make a habit of stretching your legs and moving your body however feels right (yoga, stretches, runs, walks, structured exercise). It’s healthy to break up the sedentary times and teach yourself to keep your back straight!
3. Talk to positive people!
Spend time with those in your life that you know will help keep you smiling. Tell the difference between positive and negative people by how you look and feel when you’re with them. Positive people will help you feel empowered and content.
4. Don’t pay as much attention to the news.
The mainstream media runs on the shock factor, and they enjoy dramatizing negative events. Detoxify yourself as much as possible from these sources, and follow news that contributes to you feeling kinder toward (and safer around) your fellow humans. Another example of like attracting like: if you keep up with uplifting (not frightening) news, then you are more likely to feel love and kindness when you’re around people, hence you’ll bring more positivity and joy to every encounter.

4 Solutions to Help End Hidden Stress in Relationships

Sometimes, even with your best efforts and the utilization of all kinds of techniques (better daily habits, thinking more positively, etc), you still find yourself lacking something… a missing piece, some extra snippet of insight…
What could it possibly be?

Your confusion might develop something like this:
“I am positive, I am abundant, I am thankful and kind, and use Love in every interaction I can. But I still experience negativity, often a few times a day! And it only seems to worsen…”

It’s likely due to the quality of your social interactions.

Perhaps your social life and your everyday interactions with others are off-kilter? Or maybe they bring about extra negativity that you’re not getting rid of?

We’re inherently social. We need others. We need family and loved ones.
The people we interact with SHAPE us. We are emotionally-vested in these relationships and their patterns… The effects of every interaction show up in psychological and physiological ways.

The levels of hostility and aggression in any relationship can have an effect on the immune system – by way of the reactions the body has to external negativity. Pay attention to the way you react to the people and situations in your life! Reacting with hostility is more hurtful to you than to the receiver.

Nowadays we’re more distanced from each-other via electronics….
Many will find this image powerful, as it shows the growing tech phenomenon and its impact on family life:

screens

It’s helpful to loosen that e-leash!!!!
Revel in the moment! Enjoy the nuances of your surroundings!
Allow yourself to relax wherever it is that you are, with no distractions — except maybe from your mind as you clear it with breaths of relaxation.

It’s impossible to appreciate THE MOMENT when you’re constantly multi-tasking! Believe it or not, in many situations this behavior doesn’t even prove to be productive! You listen less, you talk less, and you engage not at all.
Plus, when you do engage others it’s more likely to be on the aggressive side of the spectrum, because things were misconstrued or misunderstood. Maybe you repeated it too many times, or they thought you were arguing when in fact the opposite was true. It means a world of difference to take those few extra seconds and truly grasp what a person is saying.

So, just a few simple solutions to incorporate to help you Overcome these Hidden Stresses:
1) If breaking with technology daily for a few hours seems tough, start small with a daily ‘unplugged’ hour, unplugged after work for an increasing number of hours, and eventually to one tech-free day per week! It might take a while, but every loosening of the technology-leash is progress!!

2) Work on your responses and reactions being less aggressive, and More Understanding – inside and out.

3) Practice listening to listen, instead of listening just to respond.

4)
quote

An added benefit is that when you have more to value in life (and higher quality values) you can reflect on these at ANY time and it’s been scientifically proven to lower stress levels and help with positive response.
As you improve your relationships to improve your calmness, your improved relationships lead to more calmness — even with things that are unrelated!

Have a wonderful day!

Part 2: Overcome The 12 Phrases (You Probably Use) That Hold You Back Everyday!

The mind is indispensable and usually ingenious, plus it’s always turning those gears…
But who is benefited by the current cycles?
Is the greater good of you and your life being assisted?
Are you perhaps easily discouraged, or often running out of steam?

At times, have you noticed yourself using the following Self-Defeating Phrases (SDP)?
7. I can do it later/tomorrow/next time.
8. I don’t feel like it (OR) One time isn’t a big deal.
9. I’m tired (OR) I deserve a break/reward.
10. It would be so great to just stop or quit…
11. The end-goal of (this) isn’t that important anyway…
12. I’m afraid of… (any part of the situation or potential for failure).

It’s OK to admit it; we all use these phrases now and then.
There’s nothing wrong with giving-in sometimes. The trouble is when that giving-in becomes the habit, and progress is halted indefinitely. Habits can only be changed if you stay focused and determined. You can rise above every excuse with a concrete decision to be strong-willed and straight-forward!!!!

With the right approach and some planning ahead, any obstacle you come across can be overcome. Every wrench in the plan can be easily re-purposed and used for good towards the final goal. Continue to recognize the areas where you need growth, and keep congratulating yourself as you move along (or at least acknowledge your progress)!
Don’t wait for this encouragement from the outside… You’re on an introspective journey and only you know the daily triumphs!

Here is how to overcome any of the SDP mentioned above:
7. Begin to incorporate a touch-it-once approach where you can. Perhaps create to-do lists where the Important and the Urgent are on different columns so you can better plan your productivity.
8. You’re right… one time (if it really is just once) is fine. The truth is, it rarely is just once. Push through wherever possible! By pushing through, you expand your comfort zones often and gain countless health benefits!
9. You can easily and quickly grow accustomed to [a new positive life change] and Enjoy your day-to-day even more! A proven approach is coupling your new habit (e.g. going to the gym) with a reward (e.g. reading a few more chapters in your book).
10. If you’re shining a light around and making waves in your world, it’s possible that you might encounter an opposite reaction. This is more proof that you’re on the right path… Don’t quit now! You already know Light is exponentially stronger.
11. The end-goal IS IMPORTANT. It’s the only intensely important thing there is. This is the sneakiest trick the mind plays, but it’s a weak maneuver. Hold fast to your resolve.
12. Base fear can be very similar to the effect of an adrenaline rush… its presence also means a threshold is about to be crossed, and all that’s left is the Courage to forge ahead. Face your fear now! It’s always milder than our over-active brain envisions! 🙂

So what’s next?
Begin anticipating these SDP (as they occur for you) and prepare your answer for each one.
If the situation calls for giving in, then do it with purpose and pay attention to the results!
Are you happier? Is your life better? Was it worth it?
Be honest with yourself.
If the answer to any of those questions was “No”, then remember that.

In this way, you will continue to Progress while Enjoying Life.
PLUS you get to reap the benefits of a mind that works FOR you (instead of against you)!

Keep encouraging yourself, and admiring the awesome qualities you’ve been displaying! You’ve got this.

Feel free to re-visit this entry or Part One anytime, for help responding to any self-defeating phrases that may arise!

Have an amazing day. 🙂

Part 1: Overcome The 12 Phrases (You Probably Use) That Hold You Back Everyday!

The mind can be a very tricky thing. Yes, it is indispensable and usually ingenious, and it’s always turning those gears…
But are you benefited by the current gear-turning?
Are the patterns and thought-processes you use assisting in the greater good of you and your life???
Do you often find yourself discouraged or running out of steam???

At times, have you noticed yourself using the following SDP (Self-Defeating Phrases)?
1. I can’t do it.
2. He/She/They can do it, but that has nothing to do with me.
3. I need my ____ [fill in the blank] ____ .
4. I’m justifying these actions, because life is meant to be enjoyed!!
5. I need _________ which will give me comfort.
6. I don’t have the faintest idea how to…

It’s OK to admit it; we all use these phrases now and then. However, the goal is to recognize their presence and maximize your response. Some excuses can be valid and I’m not saying to ignore them, but begin to be more conscious of your choices!
The mind, in its overly-analytical way, enjoys attempting to be a step or two ahead of the game. This means always trying to assess any upcoming situation, while maximizing pleasure and minimizing pain.
Not only that, often our mind can get it completely wrong, because it’s been too busy with its own analyses to be objective and observe reality!
And yes you have to look out for number one, but you should also respond to your world appropriately, instead of (sometimes) standing in your own way!

If you find yourself alone with a mirror, look deep into your own eyes and SMILE.
Say Thank You, and Admire Yourself for the excellent qualities that you’ve been displaying!!

Keep encouraging yourself.

If you must overcome one of the SDP mentioned above, here is how you deal with them:
1. YES you can do it. What you Conceive and Believe, you can Achieve.
2. The other people’s ability to do it does have to do with you! If they can accomplish this, so can you!
3. If _____ is not a Basic Survival need (food, water, shelter, clothes, cleanliness, rudimentary social upkeep) then You Really Can Go Without it AND Still Be Happy!
4. Life is definitely meant to be enjoyed! That includes staying healthy and maintaining respect for yourself!!
5. Allocate for the slip-ups you can’t go without, and commit to it only being the time-frame you choose: weekly, monthly, etc.
6. You can always learn how to do things, even if it means breaking down the problem and solving small pieces first. The puzzle will come together EVERY TIME.

thinkoutsidenobox

The best way to progress is to begin anticipating these SDP (as they occur for you)! It’s also helpful to prepare your answer for each one in advance. Pay attention to the questions you ask yourself and the answers you give…
Keep up with the outcomes of situations where you decided to change (or not change) your response. Most of all, Be Honest with Yourself!

Come back Next Week to overcome your brain’s other six habitual phrases that sabotage daily life and your limitless potential!!!!
Part Two will be published on July 7th! 🙂

Feel free to re-visit this entry for help responding to any Self-Defeating phrases that may arise.

Have a spectacular day 🙂

Why Great Attitude? Because Gratitude!

“If the only prayer you said in your whole life was ‘thank you,’ that would suffice.” – Meister Eckhart

Under the heading of letting go of a lot of baggage and opening up to allow the abundance in…!
GRATITUDE. Perhaps more fun: GREAT(TITUDE) ~
Because a Great Attitude has its basis in Gratitude.

GREATtitude is the most important step of all in manifesting your ideal reality!

gratitude

The playbook of manifestation, the laws of attraction, and the opening of the waterfall of abundance are all essentially one and the same. And they all have one important element that separates success from failure: Being Full of Thanks.

You’ll definitely see similar-sounding tidbits in related articles… I think any Healer feels it vital to remind people as much as possible. Gratitude (and its rightful place in daily rituals) is a gargantuan issue that deserves its own undivided attention…!

At this point you might find yourself thinking (or maybe mumbling): “ok. gratitude, yada yada, I’m thankful for … and … and thanks for … too. Amen. DONE.”

But NOPE
You aren’t even close to done….

If meaning, intention, goodwill, and true thankfulness aren’t behind your statements, then they won’t Achieve; at least not as profoundly as promised by all us touters of gratitude!

Gratitude in your life means the following:
– being thankful for YOUR life’s circumstances;
– literally putting on rose-tinted glasses about daily life and seeing everything in a positive light (where you’re thankful for the cards you have and get);
– saying thank you with more and more feeling!

So…… what does this have to do with anything?

The answer is… well, everything.

Gratefulness is the glue that stitches all your efforts, visualizations, improvements and intentions together into a tapestry to enjoy every single day. And it also Creates Abundance.
Most interestingly, gratitude helps with opening the gates to Wealth Acquisition, because of the powerful nature of the words “THANK YOU”.

Refuse to look at your world through complaining.
When you Insist on Greatfullness, Great things happen and you spot them immediately (and then are ready to impart a heartfelt Thank You So Much!!)

gratitude 2

Be thankful for the little things.
Be thankful for the breath in your lungs.
Be thankful for the roof overhead, and food everyday.
Be thankful for important and devoted people (or beings) in your life.
Be thankful for the sunshine, for the moonshine, for the breeze on your cheek, and for the delicious wind rustling your bangs…

Be thankful for five or more gifts a day!!!

Try it.
